Orders confirmed before 11am go out the same day, within Luanda. After that hour, we deliver the following morning.

We only deliver within Luanda. For neighbourhoods outside the listed zones, we quote the delivery on WhatsApp before confirming.

Flowers are natural and vary with the season. If a stem is unavailable, we suggest a substitution and only make it with your yes.

If the delivery fails because the recipient is not there, we try again. From the third attempt, we agree with you what to do.
